Terms & conditions

This contract incorporates these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any other terms and conditions. Decora Furniture reserves the right to change and amend these terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions and shall be unable to proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

For the purposes of this agreement:
1.1 “Manufacturer”, “We” or “Us” means PT Decora Kreatif Bali and/or its brand DECORA.
1.2 DECORA is the brand of legal company PT Decora Kreatif Bali.
1.3 Our legal address is Jalan Raya Kedampang, Kerobokan, Kuta Utara, Badung – Bali 80361.
1.4 “Customer” or “You” means you or any person acting on your behalf of and with your authority.
1.5 “Goods” are items We supply to You.
1.6 “Price” means the costs of the Goods We sell You.
1.7 Buying of Our Goods forms acceptance of our terms and conditions.
1.8.2 Our terms and conditions are irrevocable.
1.9 If any provision of our terms and conditions is invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, existence, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions is not affected, prejudiced or impaired.
1.10 The laws of Indonesia govern Our terms and conditions and any contract to which they apply.
1.11 Our terms and conditions and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
1.12 We are under no liability for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) You suffer arising out of a breach of our terms and conditions.
1.13 In the event of any breach of this contract, Your remedies are limited to damages which under no circumstances shall exceed the Price of the Goods.
1.14 You are not entitled to set off against or deduct from the Price any sums You claim We owe You.
1.15 We reserve the right to review our terms and conditions at any time.
1.16 Any change to our terms and conditions do not apply to prior or current orders.
1.17 Neither party is liable for any default due to any act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or other events beyond the reasonable control of either party.
1.18 Our failure to enforce any provision of our terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision, nor does it affect Our right to subsequently enforce that provision.

2.1 We pass You the ownership of the Goods after full payment of your order.
2.2 No warranty or any guarantees comes in effect before You pay all balances in full.
2.3 Any balance more than thirty (30) days past due will bear interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum.
2.4 If collection efforts are necessary, You will be responsible for all expenses of collection including attorney’s fees and costs.

3.1 Products are subject to availability of raw material.
3.2 The production time for Goods from our online catalogue is eight (8) weeks.
3.3 The production time for custom orders is twelve (12) weeks.

4.1 An order is a custom order when You request any change to any of our Goods or request a new design from your own sketch or photo.
4.2 Change of fabric or finishes is not a custom order.

5.1 All sizes listed on this website use the metric system and are the exact measurement of the Goods without packaging.

6.1 For Indonesian domestic market our minimum order quantity is USD 3.000  
6.2 For International or worldwide market our minimum order quantity is USD 10.000

7.1 We quote all Prices on in US dollars (USD).
7.2 We reserve the right to change Prices without any prior notice.
7.3 Price variations do not apply to prior or current orders.
7.4 You must cover International bank fees when You transfer Us money.
7.5 We will confirm Prices in writing at the time of order.
7.6 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our Prices do not include ocean freight, insurance and international delivery charges.

8.1 We require a 50% deposit to start the production of Your order.
8.2 You need to pay the remaining 50% balance payment before We load your Goods for shipment.

9.1 You may not cancel or change your order after We received the deposit.
9.2 Cancellation are only possible if We accept it by written notice.
9.3 Cancelled Goods We accept to re-stock will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the Goods Price.
9.4 Goods We accept for return must be in new and perfect condition.
9.5 We accept no cancellation or refund on custom made Goods.
9.6 There is no refund if You cancel your order.
9.7 We will only repair or replace faulty Goods.

10.1 We will pack Your Goods in accordance with Our standards.
10.2 We will charge an extra fee for any special packing You require.

11.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, You are responsible for all costs of transportation for your Goods between Bali port and your destination port.
11.2 If We agree to deliver your Goods, We will make every reasonable effort to keep to delivery schedules.
11.3 We will take no responsibility for delivery delays occurring because of external events beyond our reasonable control.
11.4 You agree to accept your Goods as soon as We are able to deliver it.

12.1 You should inspect all the Goods upon delivery.
12.2 You should denote any damages or defects on the delivery ticket (bill of lading).
12.3 If see any problem, You should send us photographs showing the Goods with defects within two weeks after unloading Your container.
12.4 If You receive defective Goods, You should write a detailed description to explain the defects.
12.5 In the case of defect, We will replace the Goods, free of charge and at no extra cost on your next order.
12.6 Professional furniture technicians can clear minor defects such as scratches or dings that happened during shipment.
12.7 Natural flaws and imperfections in wood are not damages or defects.
12.8 We are not responsible for damages caused by any third party during loading, shipment, and unloading of your container.
12.9 We are not responsible for damages on Goods You unpack more than two weeks after Your container reaches the destination port.

13.1 In order to run Our business with efficiency, You allow Us to collect, hold and use all information relating to You.
13.2 We will use Your information to process Your order and to help potential collection of debts.
13.3 We will hold Your information securely in Our office.
13.3.2 Our employees and agents will access Your information for the efficient running of Our business.
13.3.3 You may request access and correct Your information at any time.
